The Client Services Administrative Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Director of Client Services to assist with the day to day operation of the Client Services Department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Serves as the Customer Service Representative for a portion of the workday, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Provide clerical support to the Director of Client Services, including handling correspondence and other administrative tasks.
Assist with client eligibility processes for the client services department.
Maintains work flow of Client Services by implementing cost reductions and standard operating procedures.
Provides instruction and technical support to field and central office staff related to utilization of computer software applications.
Compiles, maintains, and updates ILS database and records. Generates various reports as needed.
Provides information to and from ILS field office staff by answering questions and requests.
Resolves administrative problems by analyzing data from ILS Field operations and identifies possible solutions.
Evaluates equipment use in field offices and calls for necessary repair and maintenance.
Schedules and assigns administrative projects to ILS field staff.
Tracks data and reports statistics for required surveys.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

$16.35 per hour/ Work is in Craighead County

Basic Qualifications
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school, plus specialized schooling and/or on the job education in a specific skill area; e.g. data processing, clerical/administrative, equipment operation, etc, plus 12 to 18 months related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Basic: 10-Key, Typing
Proficient: Microsoft Office, Database, Web-Based Systems
