GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Cook works under the supervision of the Kitchen Manager. The cook performs a variety of cooking duties based on production lists, recipes, menus, procedures and schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prepares food accurately and attractively to produce a high quality outcome. This duty is performed daily.
2. Prepares food in a timely manner. This duty is performed daily.
3. Transport food from one center to another. This duty is performed daily.
4. Uses supplies, time and equipment effectively to produce high quality outcomes. This duty is performed daily.
5. Assist in the cleaning and sanitation of the kitchen and equipment. This duty is performed daily.
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. This duty is performed daily.
7. Duties may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or
informally either verbally or in writing.
7. Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.

$12.46 per hour

Basic Qualifications
Ability to read and write in English at the 10th grade level. Experience in bulk meal preparation preferred.
